Made2Manage® and Intuitive ERP® Support Response Time Guarantee
Your business is important, and you can’t afford to be down for any length of time. That is why PeopleSense provides a guaranteed response time – so you know we will be on your issue with the goal to get you back and operational as soon as possible.
One Business Day Guarantee
It’s our goal at PeopleSense to respond within a few minutes, if not immediately to your requests, but we guarantee a response to your initial inquiry for Made2Manage® (M2M®) or Intuitive ERP® support or consulting within one business day, provided that:
- Proper notice to PeopleSense ERP is documented
- You have signed our Professional Services Agreement
- You have purchased at least 10 hours of prepaid consulting from us
- You have at least one hour credit remaining in the prepaid bank of hours
The clock starts on the “One Business Day Guarantee” based on the time and date of your emailed request to PeopleSense. The definition of “One Business Day” is 24 hours from the date and time on your email, excluding weekends and holidays.
If we don’t meet the “One Business Day” response time, we’ll credit one hour to your PeopleSense bank of time.
