Made2Manage® and Intuitive ERP® customers have endured the skyrocketing costs of sustaining rather limited maintenance contracts with little to show for that expense. M2M® and Intuitive ERP® customers have often found that these contracts don’t cover specific needs and certainly lack in personalized care.
Because of our affordable rates, PeopleSense clients can rely on always having tailored support services and ultimately achieving the returns on their ERP investment while never having to fear the costs involved.
Per your Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with PeopleSense, each Support Session will be billed against prepaid credit at a minimum of thirty (30) minutes. If you are not a prepaid customer, you will be billed a minimum of 30 minutes on 15-day terms. Any support session exceeding thirty (30) minutes will be billed in fifteen (15) minute increments. Time billed to a session may include time spent off-line for research, etc.
No Expensive, Burdensome Support Contracts
We offer pay-as-you-go Made2Manage® and Intuitive ERP® Support options for those without M2M® or Intuitive ERP® Maintenance Contracts or as a more responsive supplement to your Support Contract, so you can receive a quicker and more cost-effective resolution of your support cases.
